Spicy Salad microgreens Season 2 episode 6

Chronic diseases are a major health problem in the United States. Accumulated data suggest that consumption of vegetables can significantly reduce the risk of many chronic diseases. Dietary guidelines for 2015–2020 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommend 1–4 cups of vegetables per day for males and 1–3 cups of vegetables per day for females, depending on their age.

Remember we choose not to engage in affiliate marketing, maybe because were allergic to money (HAHAHA), or were not the brightest bulb in the shed, or maybe because were too cynical nonetheless because our current line of thinking says if someone receives a kickback for me buying that product than there motivation to me is questionable. I will gladly share any of the product I use and what motivates me to use them. If one day I grow into a desire to do alleviate marketing I will let you know. In the mean time I will shamelessly promote tada….myself, I am after all one of my biggest cheerleaders.

All our best wishes, Vitality Farms Company.
